About Me
I am a fundamental wellbeing guide who cares deeply about helping individuals unveil their inner peace and live more fulfilling lives.
I am a certified Body-Oriented Coach through The Somatic School, an accredited Mindfulness Meditation Teacher with the Breathworks Foundation, and a Psychotherapist in training with the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London.
Drawing from a rich integration of Western therapeutic training, somatic practices, and esoteric wisdom traditions, along with my own path of self-exploration, I bring a calm and grounded presence to my work. My intention is to create a safe and compassionate space where people can gently explore what stands in the way of living a peaceful life.
