My work is grounded in a body-based and relational approach that recognises the deep connection between mind, body, and emotional experience.
Sessions offer a calm, confidential space to explore whatever is present for you. There is no expectation to have the right words, a clear goal, or even know where to begin.
This is not about becoming someone different.
It is about coming into deeper contact with yourself beneath the layers of stress, conditioning, protection, and adaptation that we all develop in order to get through life.
Sessions are offered 1:1 online and in person where appropriate.
